AI-Based ELGA Allocation

Why are we moving to AI-based ELGA Allocation - Conducting BOY and allocating ELGA has a number of challenges, hence the experience is not good for schools. Below are the few challenges faced.

  1. Printing of papers need to happen by school
  2. Time for exam + all students need to be present
  3. Paper checking by teachers
  4. Marks entry by school
  5. Shuffling of students across grades
  6. Parents not happy
  7. Late order placement
  8. Late collection!

How it works - Based on years of data that we have, we have developed an AI-based model of ELGA allocation.

Who does the Allocation - 

Schools < 1.5 BSUs --> AM's responsibility 

Schools > 1.5 BSUs --> AEM's responsibility

Steps to follow for ELGA Allocation, if AY 22-23 is a platform -  

  1. log in to the Nucleus 
  2. Promote the students from 23 - 24 to 24 - 25
  3. Understand what kind of BOY the school prefers :- Conduct BOY or AI (Accordingly get it activated from Sanket on the Nucleus.
    1. If the school wants the BOY question paper, once activated by Sanket (download the question paper and answer key, share it with the school)
  4. Accept the Class - Subject Confirmation  for AY 24 - 25
  5. Click on "ELGA Grouping for AY 24 - 25
Steps to follow for ELGA Allocation, if there is no Ay 23--24 platform associated (School only has AY 24-25)
  1. log in to the Nucleus 
  2. Upload the students in the AY 24-25 
  3. Accept the Class - Subject Confirmation  for AY 24-25
  4. Click on "ELGA Grouping for AY 24-25"

 

You will keep the ticket in follow up, ticket will only be closed after resolving the issue (Close looping mandatory).

FAQ's - 

1 - AM wants to do the ELGA movement after ELGA confirmation- CS team escalates it to the S2O manager and once approved by the S2O manager, the CS executive will highlight this  the  CS supervisor who will unlock/reset the ELGA level (Supervisors will put a note and attach a screenshot of the request in the ticket & after all the approvals supervisor will Unlock/Reset the same)

2- School/AM wants ELGA level higher than the threshold -

+ 1 Level Deviation - Nucleus allows 
+ 2 Level Deviation - Nucleus does not allow. So AM reaches out to the Hotline (for a school discussion / guidance) and then writes to Customer Support to get it changed after school email confirmation (No approval required)
+ 3 Level Deviation - Approval from Monika Chopra required (For PC cycle schools)
