Good to know information and important link
- Stop using the "MDM" word in written or oral communication. Use TPS for tab or TPS for TV instead.
- For any TPS-related issues, requests, and queries, Tech Support is the sole team that can support them.
- Factory reset & the Developer options are disabled in the TPS-enabled tabs & TVs. However, the Cust support team should not try to do it for any troubleshooting steps.
- If the team receives any requests related to the performance of the tab or TV, they should suggest user to perform the tab or TV and also suggest restarting them at least twice a week.
- If performance issue with a particular app (including TA), the customer support team can clear app data and reconfigure the app
- Below are the links for IMP TPS-related documents. The first 2 documents are very IMP. 3rd & 4th documents are just for your reference (good to know)
