Teacher App crashing issue/Teacher App not working
If the Teacher App is crashing or we are not able to open the Teacher App on the Tab
1) Scenario 1:- If there's an issue with the Teacher App crashing or being inaccessible on the tablet
a) Check the Teacher app version and if its not in the latest version please do update configuration or update the teacher app version. Then try accessing the teacher app if its works well and good.

b) Restart tab
c) If its still not working Escalate it to Tech.
2) Scenario 2:- Tab is locked due to inactivity and unable to access Teacher app to cast or use.

In that case TPS needs to be re-installed directly and it will work
