Cannot log in to the Nucleus / Forgot password for Nucleus
When the caller cannot log in to the Nucleus follow the below steps
- Probe & find out which phone number is the caller trying to login with
- Click on the Manage User, in the number section paste the phone number & click on search (Control C & Control V will not work, copy the number using the mouse and paste it)
- Click on view details (As shown in the image below)

- Click on view details and click on pencil option and you can active/ inactivate it as per the requirement and confirmation.
Check the status of the number in the status column (If it's active you should be able to log in if it's inactive or expired you will not be able to log in)
- If the status inactive, click on edit and change the status.

- If the status is inactive, kindly click on it and change it to active and the user will be able to login.
TIP:-
1) Teaching staff can be added/active in one school at a time.
2) Non teaching staff such as School owner can be added in multiple schools.
If you cannot find the number using Manage User option it means that the phone number is not updated in any of the schools. Update the number in the school and then call would be able to login using that number
