  1. What does the CCS/CAI  pendrive contains & how does it work?

Ans: The Pen drive contains software setup files, project files, and supporting images for Grades 1 to 8. Below are the Google Drive links for the Pendrive contents for both CCS and CAI.

Q: What if the teacher cannot download the software from the pen drive or has lost the pen drive ?
Ans. Kindly share the drive link for CCS and CAI software, along with projects and images:

Q: Teacher needs help to install the software?

Ans. Please share the software installation guide document, which outlines all the necessary steps to be carefully followed for successful software installation.

If they have received the document and still not able to get the software installed, we escalate the ticket to the Tech Support(tech.support@leadschool.in).

  1. What is the expected computer hardware configuration for CCS/CAI?

 

Ans: Hardware requirements for schools (Grade 1 - 5):

The minimum configuration of the following for each computer (Mandatory):

  • Intel Core 2 Duo processor (2.0 GHz +) 
    • To check, click on start -- Right click on My Computer -- Select Properties

  • 2 GB RAM 
    • To check click on start -- Right click on My Computer -- Select Properties

  • Windows 7
    • To check click on start -- Right click on My Computer -- Select Properties

  • In case schools has Windows 10 OS, the steps to confirm this will be different:
    • To check click on Start -- Settings -- System -- About

 

Hardware requirements for schools (Grade 6 - 8):

The minimum configuration of the following for each computer (Mandatory):

  • Intel i3, 8/9th Generation processor (3.2 GHz +)

  • Atleast 4 GB RAM (Recommended : 8 GB):
    • Click on start -- Right click on My Computer -- Select Properties

  • Windows 7:
    • Click on start -- Right click on My Computer -- Select Properties

  • In case schools has Windows 10 OS, the steps to confirm this will be different:
    • Click on Start -- Settings -- System -- About

Ans: Students from Grades 1 to 8 can use a variety of educational and programming apps on their Android devices as per their grade level and curriculum needs.
