Change School Name request in Nucleus and Deal

Request arises when there is a change in Management or Incorrect School name was updated in the Nucleus/Deal/Company

Required Documents

  1. Signed copy of Annexure 1

  2. Legal KYC of the new name (either PAN card or School Registration Certificate)

  3. School Declaration Letter (on school letterhead, signed & stamped)

    Once we get the above documents we will update the name in hubspot, attach the documents in hubspot and move the deal manually to deal revision for finance approval to inform the same.
    And once verified they will get the same updated in SAP.


    Steps to update the same:-

Step 1: Go to HubSpot

Step 2: Click on Contacts on the Menu bar

Step 3: Select Company from drop down list

Step 4: Click on More Filter

Step 5: Search the Nucleus ID and Enter Nucleus ID and click on Apply filter

Step 6: Open the Company and Edit the Company Name

Step 7: Go to Nucleus 

Step 8: Go to School Profile

Step 9: Change School Name

Step 10: Send an Email to end user on the changes made.
