Content not visible trouble shooting steps

This article will help us to troubleshoot if the user's don't have content visible on their TA

      Teacher App Version - 4.4.4

  1. Check if the Subject is allocated to the user 
  2. Always check if the promotion is done completely (This can be checked in Metabase by supervisors --> https://metabase.leadschool.in/ --> In the search option find "Class & Subjected opted by school").
  3. Check the "Deal" of the school, if "Active Line items" are activated in the deal then active subjects should be activated in the Nucleus. (This can be checked by supervisors as they have admin panel access)
  4. Check Delta to see if the content is released on "Delta", if released on "Delta" content would be available on Teacher App (Active curriculum so far only released for Haryana SCERT | CBSE | Himachal Pradesh SCERT | Rajasthan SCERT, other state boards will not see any curriculum) 
  5. If it's a PD cycle school, check if the principal has accepted the class subject config (If it's not accepted, teachers might not see the content)
  6. Do sync data & update content

Note - You will never uninstall or clear the cache
