Creating new division & moving students in that division / Deleting an existing division & moving students to other divisions

E.g - A school wants to have one more division for grade 2 and move 10 students each from grades A & B. 

Ans - First we will create a division C & then move 10 students from Grade A & B respectively 

First, we will add a division 

Step 1 - Click on Classroom Details --> Click on the Symbol to add a division in the required grade. (Sitting Capacity should not be more than 35).

After Adding the division, we do student movement 

Step 1 - Click on the Student List --> Select the required Grade & find the student which has to be moved 

Step 2 - Click on Other Information --> Click on the Edit Icon 

Step 3 - Click on the Division --> Move the student to the new division which you have created

Keynotes  -

Check following things after creating a new division 

1. Go to the class-wise timetable to check the learning days for that division 
2. If the school wants to conduct a live class, kindly do teacher allocation for those divisions

Bulk Movement - 

If the school wants to do bulk movement (Like for multiple grades) then ask the school to share the list of the students on help@leadschool.in and then do it for the school.

First, we will move the students out of the Division 

Step 1 - Click on the Student List --> Select the required Grade & find the student which has to be moved 

Step 2 - Click on Other Information --> Click on the Edit Icon 

Step 3 - Click on the Division --> Move the student to the division as requested

Now we will delete the Division 

After the student movement is done 

Step 1 - Click on Classroom Details --> Click on the Symbol & delete the division which is not required.
