DEVICE SHOWING AS LOCKED (TPS ENABLED TAB)

What to do if user is able to access the TPS dashboard (homescreen) but not able to any other program and gets below message when they try to open any app?

 

If a device is not used for 75 or more consecutive days, then your device will go into the Secure Mode to avoid any unauthorised used. However, the Teacher App is usable and will work even in the secure mode.

To unblock the device, simply connect to any stable internet connection and login into the Teacher App.

The device will automatically come out of the secure mode after 2-3 minutes of Teacher App usage.

 You can use the Wifi Connection app visible on the TPS home screen. Click on it to under the wifi setting and select your preferred connection name and enter your wifi password. After connecting tap on the teacher app and spend 2-3 minutes on the Teach page to unlock the device.
