Step 1: Copy the Nucleus ID and cross-check it in the deal.
Sales->Deals->Click on Advance Filter-> Search for "Nucleus id" and paste it accordingly.
Step 2: Open the deal and update the pre-order form in the notes. Additionally, verify the school name mentioned in the form.

Step 3: Update the property "Pre-Order Details received" to YES.

Step 5: Close the ticket using the hashtag #PreOrder.
