Nucleus Access for Academic Advisor

We have been notified that the AEM role has been modified and will be responsible for all the Schools associated with mapped AAED. Due to this change, AEM might raise a request for Nucleus access. To full fill, this request following is the process:-

Step 1: Ask for the contact number on which Nucleus Access needs to be provided on Nucleus
Step 2: Ask the AEM to let us know the AAED associated with him/her
Step 3: Go to the manager user on Nucleus and check whether the user has Nucleus Access on the given number.
If Yes
Step 4: Open a duplicate Tab of Manage User and Check the access provided to AAED
Step 5: Change the Role of AEM to AAED and map all the states associated with the AAED mentioned by him/her
Step 6: Ask the AEM to logout and login and check if he has received all the access to schools
If No
Step 3: As for the contact number on which Nucleus Access needs to be provided
Step 4: Open a duplicate Tab of Manage User and Check the access provided to AAED
Step 5: Create a User by clicking on Add user on the Manage User tab with Role: AAED and map all the states associated with the AAED mentioned by him/her
Step 6: Ask the AEM to logout and login and check if he has received all the access to schools
