How to block the lost or stolen tabs?

There are many scenarios where the schools or field team report their tabs are stolen or lost.

If Someone from our Team or School reports that the tab is lost or stolen we need to make sure that we block those tabs right away by identifying the correct serial number or IMEI and get it blocked from TPS. As it restricts the other person to use the tabs for any use and as soon they connect with the internet it will be blocked

Steps to block the TPS tabs.

1) Go to MDM :- https://mdm.leadschool.in/

2) Enter the serial number in the device ID section as below.

3) Click on the edit icon against the serial number.

A new screen will pop

 


Select Stolen & Lost Tablet and Click on "Save"

Thats it! You have successfully blocked the tab. Now as soon as the tab is connected to internet it will be blocked.
