How to update marks in TAB for ASMs/ OCR feature as well

  • Open Teacher App

    • On your tablet, open the Teacher App.

  • Check ASM Availability

    • Ensure the ASM is already created and available in the ASM section of the Teacher App.

  • Perform One Click

    • Do the One Click action so that the student list and content get updated in the Teacher App.

  • Go to ASM Section

    • Open the ASM section in the Teacher App.

    • Select the particular ASM for which you want to enter marks.

  • Enter Marks

    • If your school uses question-wise marks entry, you will see an option to enter marks for each question for every student.

    • If your school uses subject-level marks entry, you will see a single option to enter total marks for each student.

  • Verify Entries

    • After entering marks for all students, review them carefully to ensure they are correct.

  • Complete Marks Entry

    • Click Marks Entry Done.

    • Then click Publish Marks to finalize.

  • Perform One Click Again

    • After publishing, perform the One Click step again to ensure marks are fully updated and synced.






 

OCR Method to enter marks

  1. Take the OCR sheet and enter marks in the same (This is sent to the schools along with the Question paper)
  2. Kindly follow the correct guidelines to click the picture and upload it.
