Homework delivery process

How HW's will appear in Student App

New Process - As you are already aware, with AY 23-24 (AY-7), we are enabling the HW library which will be available to the students on a unit basis instead of the day-plan-based HW.
Hence, students can access the Homework of the entire unit on the SA this year instead of getting it every day when the teacher marks the day plan done on their Teacher App.
New requests can be - 
Parents - Wants the old method back (HW to be delivered when the teacher marks the day plan done on their Teacher App)
Resolution to be given - Ask them to get in touch with the school and ask the school to contact us.
School/AC/Principal/ Internal Employee- Wants the old method back (HW to be delivered when the teacher marks the day plan done on their Teacher App)
Resolution to be given - Create a ticket, and take approval from AA/CSM. Once approval is received, escalate it to Tech Team. Tech Team will do the changes in 1 - 2 working days.
Please include the following pointers when replying to the email. 
a. Once iHW delivery is changed, it cannot be rolled back
b. Changes will be done on the school level (class/division/student level changes are not possible)
c. TAT will be 1-2 working days (post confirmation from AA or CSM)
