How to give AA access to the AA's
- Find the AA using the manage user (Ask for the phone number on which the AA has access to school)
- Click on view details --> Change the Primary role (Under Role & Assigned Areas) from AA to AAED.
- Check which states are assigned to the AA's manager (AAED) assign all those states to the AA. This can be checked from Darwin box.
How to assign Schools to AA's
- Understand who the caller is, it could be AM or AA
- Probe and get the phone number on which they want the access
- Click on the Manage User, in the number section paste the phone number & click on search.
- Click on, "View Details"
- Click on Add, "Add New School"
- Now select the relevant school which you want to give access to the AA/AM
