FAQ's
If the user has IOS Device how we can watch the LS&Home videos?
He can still log in to the Parent app web version with the registered number and watch all the videos. (Studentapp.leadschool.in)
When will we add more features to iOS App?
- Right after the first release, we will start working on the other features & timelines will be communicated for the same well in advance
- Some of the features that will be prioritized next are - Student Reports, Ask Doubts, Practice with Friends, Academic Calendar, Student Journey & Leaderboard…
How can users log in to iOS App?
- If the user is already registered on a Web or Android App - they can use the same phone number & OTP/Password to login
- If the user is new to PASA - they can register on PASA by using the phone number given to the school
What happens to student’s XPs when they switch to iOS App?
- Student’s XPs across all the Parent App platforms (Web, iOS, Android) will remain the same
- For example: If a student completes a class on the Web - the same will be reflected in the Android & iOS App as well for this user
