SOP - Access Control for Distributor Portal

Distributor portal: https://distributor.leadgroup.co.in/login

Who can access:

• Only the Distributor (of IS business) can access the distributor portal.
  Note: for AMs, there is a different Looker Studio dashboard to access school-level SOA.

How to access:

1. To add/update the distributor access to the distributor portal, an email is to be written to G Jagadish (who is from the central collections team) with the following details
   1. Distributor name
   2. Distributor phone number (this will be used as login username)
   3. Distributor SAP ID
2.  G Jagadish will add new distributor details in the following sheet: SOA-Acces-OTP Access Page
3. Once added/updated,  G Jagadish will have to add/edit the distributor details on Nucleus against a pre-defined test school (Nucleus ID: 2571 ). This step is needed so that OTP sending can be enabled on the distributor’s phone shared above.
   1. IMPORTANT: The role of the distributor in Nucleus will always be kept as “TEACHER” and WhatsApp Notification should be set as “Yes”. (Check the sample below)
      
      

Once done with Step 3,  G Jagadish or the associated AM/CSM will send a communication to the respective distributor about the login details. The distributor can use their registered phone number (shared above) to log in via OTP in the distributor portal.
