Unable to receive OTP

Kindly follow the below steps if the user is not getting OTP to login

 

                                                         Parent App 

 

  • Take the school name and open the school on the nucleus.
  • Find the student in the Nucleus by clicking on the Student list (You can use Name, Last Name or Student code to find the student
  • Probe and understand on which number the Parent is requesting OTP
  • Open the URL (https://nucleus.leadschool.in/admin/otp/9########) and share the OTP with the customer.

                                                              Teacher App

  • Probe and understand on which number the Teacher is requesting OTP
  • Open the URL (https://nucleus.leadschool.in/admin/otp/9########) and share the OTP with the customer.


**OTP requested by the teacher is also available on Teacher Management --> Teacher Details --> Find the teacher and the OTP is next to the active button

Key note - 

**OTP can be requested only 10 times  in a day after that the limit to request OTP is over and then we can only request OTP the next day.
