Process for duplicate tickets
Process for multiple tickets raised by the same user/ same issues
| We will close all tickets and we only keep one ticket open |
| In case you come across a duplicate ticket that is handled by agent1, assign this ticket to agent1. |
| Agent1 will work on the original ticket and force close the duplicate ticket that has been assigned to him or her immediately |
| Update precise notes in the closed ticket(Mention the ticket number which we have kept open) |
| It's important that before we close any ticket we inform the person who has raised the ticket that we are going ahead and closing the ticket by sending him/her an email. |
