Publishing Return Delivery SOP

If we receive a ticket about VRL logistics or Books return query and we are unable to find the school please follow the below process.

  1. Publishing Return will be accepted in Prozo warehouse in Kolkata, Bangalore and Ghaziabad between 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday
  2. Ensure RA - Number are mentioned on LR Copy Provided by Transporter
  3. If transporter call for warehouse location Kindly Provide below details to him/her
  4. Warehouse Address as provided in Annexure
  5. Warehouse Google Map Location (Copy and Paste Link provided in Annexure in Google map)
  6. Latitude/Longitude (Copy and Paste Lat/Long in Google Map)
  7. Contact Details as provided in Annexure
  8. In case of escalation kindly share Manshur`s Number as mentioned in Annexure
  9. Warehouse Team will provide POD to transporter one’s material is received and mention   number of Boxes received by Warehouse
  10. Ones RA is received in Warehouse, Warehouse team will do QC and update report in Oasis Portal and issue CN
  11. Distributor can check the status of their CN from Oasis Portal
  12. Any escalation post CN process can be raised to Lead Help
