The process to dispute:-
In case you disagree with your quality score and want to dispute please follow the below-mentioned process:-
Mark an email to Bisensingh K and copy Vivek Pillai/Sanket Naik/Vikram Singh
Based on the findings and comments raised by you, we will send you the outcome of the dispute
If you still disagree with the outcome, it will be further disputed to Surjit Saggu for the Final verdict.
