Signup:

1. In new model, there are two types of SKUs 
   1. Initial Setup cost (Basic, Standard, Advanced - for Hardware Kits/OTI)
   2. Grade-wise SKUs (Basic, Standard, Advanced - For Books + Platform)
      
      
2. Both SKUs should be present in the SKU for new schools (base/exp+curriculum)
   
   
3. Initial setup cost SKU need not be present for robotics renewal schools (as they would’ve already taken the lab last year in last year model)
   1. If Initial Setup cost SKU is not there in the agreement, have to check history SKUs if robotics has been sold. 
   2. If yes, take it forward, or reject.
      
      
4. OB is separate for minimum 25000 and EH will be dispatched against this OB
   1. OB is compulsory for Expansion + Curriculum
   2. OB is on-choice for Base Business (mentioned in agreement)
      
      
5. LRP is to be checked for deviation - business finance
   
   
6. Min DV for Year 1 is to be maintained

1. Year 2,3 will not have this initial setup cost (it is a one time upfront cost)
   1. SKU to be inactive for Y2,Y3
      
      
2. Year 2,3 will have the same grade-wise SKUs, as same cost as Y1
   1. SKU to be active for all 3 years

ORP:

• All grades added in hubspot during signup to be ordered at once in ORP in first order itself
  • Order cannot be split i.e. few grades at once and remaining grades in other order
• Min DV is ordered as per signup
• Collection to be checked, the below to be collected during first order:
  • 100% of initial setup cost +
  • 50% of recurring DV (per-grade per-student price * # of sparks)
  • Remaining amount to be collected within 90 days
• Exceptions/deviations from above:
  • Credex - Base business
  • Credex/Bolo - Expansion
