What information you will give the school owner and what steps you will follow

  • Acknowledge the fact that the school owner wants to partner with Lead School (E.g - Thank you! Sir, for considering Lead for your school)

  • Educate him that you will pass on his information to our sales team and they will get in touch with him within 24 - 48 working hours for more information.
  • Raise a ticket & capture the below information (Name of the school, State, Caller Name, Designation (AC/ Principal/ Owner), On which number he should be contacted, Board type). Educate the owner that he will receive a call within 24 to 48 working hours 
  • After capturing all info in the ticket, move the ticket to the inside sales pipeline  (Kindly select the following options after raising the ticket. Department Assigned to - Inside Sales team /Status - Escalation (Other Department)/Query Type - Sales/ Query Sub type - Want to partner with Lead School (Sales)
