This article will help us to understand School Vitals feature

  • How to access School Vitals:- Nucleus --> School Vitals --> Select the teacher 
  • You can see important vitals like:- 
    • Resources Downloaded
    • TA Version 
    • Last Sync Date
    • Connected to NAS or any local internet
    • SD Card Detected
  • The data which we see in School Vitals is not real-time data. It has a lag of 30 mins 
  • Who has the access to see School Vitals? 
    • As of now only AEMs, KAMs, CS and Tech team has access to see School Vitals on the Nucleus.
We can check this data during various troubleshooting which we do
