SMS Credit

This article will help you to understand what is SMS credit and how can school's avail it.

SMS Credit - All schools are given SMS credit so that they can pass any important communication with the school 

Where you can see the amount of Credit, that the school has? -  Nucleus --> Menu --> Principal Dashboard 

What is the Process if the school wants more SMS Credit? -

All school's created on the Nucleus receive 9 times of the Total sparks signed up (at the time of school creation).
If any additional SMS credit is requested, take approval from Zonal Director with the exact number of SMS credits they need. Once approved by the Zonal Director proceed ahead and add the sms credit from the nucleus.

Name of ZKAM who approved the number of SMS credits:

 

How the school send's the SMS to the students? - Notice / Circular --> Add Notice --> Select Communications options : SMS

How to Activate the Sms credit from the nucleus:-

1) Click on 3 hamburger line in nucleus and click on sms credit.

2) Click on add SMS credit on the right corner.

3) Then a pop will appear asking for school name and Sms credit.

4) Final step:-  Select the correct school from the drop down and then enter the approved Sms credit by ZKAM and submit it. The SMS credit will be added in that school within couple of minutes.
