Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Experience Hub (Schools)
Pre-requisites
1) The tablet must have TPS installed with one of the Experience Hub Tablet TPS profiles
2) The Teacher Apps should be on 4.3.8
3) The Correct Experience Hub SD Card should be present in the tab based on the school subscription
with correct marking
4) The tab should have a login details sticker as per the school subscription
Tab TPS setup
The Lenovo M8 Gen 4 tablet should be configured with the correct Experience Hub Tablet TPS profile based on the school subscription and include an SD card with correct Experience Hub content. Additionally, the tablet should come with a protective cover and correct sticker with login details on it.
Which SD card profile should be used for the Experience Hub tablet?
For each LEAD product profile, you will have to select the correct profile based on the Product type & the board mentioned.
Case A:
If the product type is Lead, then use the below profiles as per the state board.

Case B:
If the product type is hybrid or propel or pinnacle then irrespective of the board please use the higher product profile.

How to set up the Pen Drive ?
- Download: Download the correct folder from the Google Drive (links mentioned above) for the specific order
- Navigate & Copy: Open file explorer and locate the source folder. Then copy the same
- Ensure that the pen drive has the FAT32 file system.
- Target: Navigate to the pen drive's home directory (Do not create new folder)
- Paste: Right-click and Paste into the pen drive.
- Verify: Confirm the copy in the pen drive's folder and eject the pen drive
- Please dispatch print of this document with the Pen Drive
