Subject, Class, Unit or MOY/EOY not visible on Teacher App

Follow the below step's if the teacher can't see a subject, Class or Unit in the Teacher App for herself

 

Subject & Class not reflecting on Teacher App - Follow below steps 

Step 1 - Using the Manage User option, find the teacher.

Step 2 - Click on Subject allocation to see if the subject is allocated to the teacher. If yes move to the next step, if no kindly assign the subject which the teacher wants to see in the Teacher App.

Step 3 - After assigning the subject on the Nucleus, ask the teacher to connect to Lead AP & do one click update.

***Only those subjects will reflect, which are allocated to teachers on Nucleus.

***If you come to know that the subject is not assigned to the teacher, Kindly assign the same(You will not ask the teacher to get in touch with the principal). 

Unit/MOY/EOY  not reflecting - Follow below steps

Step 1 - Using the Manage User option, find the teacher.

Step 2 - Ask the teacher to connect to Lead AP & do one click update and the unit should reflect on the Teacher App. If the issue is not resolved move to the next step.

Step 3 - If the Unit/MOY/EOY  doesn't reflect still, escalate the ticket to the curriculum pipeline. (This usually happens when the unit is un-published on the server. Once the unit is published, the teacher has to do update content again and the Unit/MOY/EOY will reflect).

Faqs -  

  1. Term 1 consists of BOY, Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3. Unit 4 & MOY only after the deactivation of Term 1 the school can see Term 2. 
  2. If Term 2 is activated, teachers can see Unit 5 (For group subjects it would be from Term 2 or 3) onwards
