Tab hanging/lagging/freezing/performance Issues
Kindly follow the below steps, if the caller reports any of the above issues
Step 1 - Uninstalling third party Apps
- Uninstall all third party Apps like Whatsapp, Games etc (Politely educate the caller that these Tabs are only designed to teach offline). If this resolves the issue then close the ticket, if not move to step 2.
Step 2 - Do one click update / Uninstall & Reinstall Lead Teacher App
- Do One click update first & then Uninstall/Reinstall Lead Teacher App
- Login again into the Lead Teacher App
If the issue is not resolved, escalate the ticket to IT (HUB) with the below information
- Tablet model -
- Supporting Video(If possible) - Attach the Video, where it shows that the tab is lagging (Use Any desk or use any phone to capture the same)
- Photo of the Mfg Date - On the back of the tablet they would have the Mfg Date (In YY-MM-DD)
***Note - The email ID's which are configured by our warehouse, their default password is lead@123
