Before escalating any case to the IT team for repair or replacement of a Lenovo device (tablet), please ensure that you verify the warranty status of the device. This helps avoid unnecessary escalations and ensures smoother case handling.
✅ Steps to Check Warranty Status

Open the Lenovo Warranty Check Page:
Use the link below:

Enter the Serial Number:

Click on the Serial Number field.

Type or paste the device’s Serial Number (S/N).

Click the arrow icon next to the box to search.

View Warranty Details:

On the right side of the page, you will see the Warranty Status.

It will show either In Warranty or Out of Warranty, along with the remaining days or expiry date.

📌 Important Guidelines

If the device is Out of Warranty, politely inform the school/user/internal employee that the warranty has expired and repairs will not be covered under Lenovo support.

Only escalate the case to the IT team if the device is within warranty or if escalation is otherwise necessary as per process.
